RECIPE: SPECIAL CHATPATTI CHANAY DI DAAL
Ingredients
- Gram lentil 200 gm (soaked for 1 hour)
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomatoes 2 (finely chopped)
- Green chillies 3 (slit length wise)
Cooking Directions
- Take a pot, heat oil.
- Add chopped onions, fry till light golden.
- Now add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Then add chilli powder, coriander, turmeric and tomatoes.
- Fry for 10 minutes till oil comes on top.
- Add soaked lentil, salt and 2 cups water,covered let it boil and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Before serving add ½ tsp all spice powder, green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.

RECIPE: SPECIAL CHICKEN KARAHI

Ingredients Of Special Chicken Karahi
- 1 chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 5-6 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 5-6 green chilies, slit from center
- 1 tbsp. roasted cumin seeds, crushed
- 1 tsp. kasoori methi
- 1 tsp. all spices powder
- 2 tbsp. beaten yogurt
- Green coriander as required, chopped
Cooking Method Of Special Chicken Karahi
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and ginger paste in it. Add chicken and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Mix it and leave it covered to cook.
- After 5 minutes add yogurt, green chilies, cumin seeds, methi and all spices powder and green coriander. Mix it and cook on low flame till chicken is tender and all water dries up.
- Serve hot with chapattis.

Recipe: Balochi Tikka Boti (Balochi BBQ)

Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg (boneless)
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Potato 1
- Tomato 2
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- All spices powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Cooking Directions
- Apply salt, yogurt, red chili powder, all spice powder, raw papaya paste, oil, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice on mutton pieces.
- Leave to marinate overnight.
- Dice potato, tomato and onion.
- Add them to the marinated mutton 10 minutes before frying.
- Alternately thread a piece of mutton with the diced potato, tomato and onion on skewers.
- Cook the skewers in a frying pan or grill pan.
- Delicious balochi tikka is ready to serve.
